App Orientation not properly displaying

I have created app in tablet mode but it is displaying differently as below. What setting need to be updated to see app properly

I found solution. Posting reply may be useful to someone. 

Under settings I have turned on below feature earlier. This cause the issue. By turning off this option there app is rendering properly.
