App does not perform the same in testing as published

All of a sudden today I am have a issue with my app not performing the same in testing as the published app. The published app is performing as expected, however when I edit the app it is not performing the same at all. For example, my people picker fields are empty, background images do not load, etc. As a result I am afraid to make any changes. 

 

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Let me clarify. I have a published app, but when I try to edit the app

it does not perform like the published version.

Could you please share a bit more about the issue within your app?

Could you please share a screenshot about it?

 

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider take a try to re-store your app to previous version, then edit your app again, check if the app could render as expected.

In addition, please clear cache of your browser, then sign in your PowerApps again, edit your app, check if the issue is fixed.

 

Also please consider edit your app in different browsers, then check if the same issue occurs in other browsers.

 

If the issue still exists, please consider re-create a new app based on your data source, then check if the issue has been fixed.

Thanks for responding. No the issue is not resolved. I restored the previous version that was working and now I am receiving the following error. "The app didn't start correctly. Try refreshing your browser."

Here are the screenshots. After I publish a new version I get the "The app didn't start correctly. Try refreshing your browser." message.

Currently, I could not reproduce your issue on my side, please consider capture the Session ID of your app, then submit an assisted support ticket along with the captured Session ID through the following link:
