I have written an app to reserve my conference room using a Sharepoint calendar. The Ipad has 11gb of free space. Nothing is written locally from the app. After about 3 weeks the Ipad storage shows full and indicates that Powerapps is using all 11gb of space. Is there log files I have do deal with? Is there something I need to diable? Debug mode?

The UI is already avilable on the latest version of PowerApps for iOS. Click on the button next to the PowerApps text on the apps list screen and then in the help section, you can use "Clear cache" to do what you need.

I'll try it out and get back with you. Thanks for the update.
If I’m seeing this correctly, in the PowerApps screen on the IOS device I see an option for clear cache. It works, but my question is: Is this a manual process or can it be set to run periodically?
Is this a manual process or something that can be automated.
Hi, so 3 years later I'm having the same problem. have an app with offline functionality that should be saving blank collections over old save data when the app reconnects online, but I've got a tablet with 23 gigs of used space and nothing I do clears it. I'm thinking of making a savedata wipe app, but I'm not sure if save data can be accessed by different apps, or just the one that made it.
There is a clear cache button inside powerapps at this point. And also when you save data in the app to your iPad it uses the name you assign it so will overwrite the old data every time. Are you sure it's powerapps that is taking up the space on your iPads, cause I have a lot of iPads in use where I am and they all save data locally as backups while in use and have not experienced this issue at all. So thinking your issue may be located elsewhere, or there's something wrong with your software and you need to reinstall.
If I have 20 iPads on my campus, I cannot go to each of them once or twice a week to clear the cache. I have never been able to solve this issue. I've put in a ticket with support and met with programmers at Microsoft Ignite. Everyone just stares with blank faces. I have since scrapped the project.
Storage issue is coming from Powerapps
Clear cache has never removed save data from ipads I've used it on, its one of the things i like, as it lets me force push an update by telling field guys to clear cache and reopen the app without losing offline data, since the update app button doesn't seem to pop up in a timely manner. The other weird thing is the app saves over savedata files when connected on start up. Think this is just a faulty install?
Have you read from the top of this thread? I'm the original poster and I don't think we are talking about the same thing. My issue is an auto refresh of the data source every few minutes. Each time it refreshes the cache grows until the iPad is full.
