App new version

Hi,

I am seeing the following message whenever I open app in edit mode. May I know what could be the reason?Does it create any issue for users after publishing my application? And how to make sure not to get this message again?

You need to change the Authoring Version of the app to the current item in the environment - as per this process.

Thank you for your comments. Updated authoring version but no luck. 

Verified Refresh cadence as per below link still no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is the only way I know how to fix the issue.

Surprisingly I was able to fix this issue by changing the Refresh cadence to Frequent.
