App on mobile device characters outside of the Latin1

Hello,

My PowerApp on mobile device casue an error:

"this app didn't open.Make sure you're signed in and that you have internet access"

When I click on "More" this message appears:

"The string to be encoded contains characters outside of the Latin1 range"

App is using Azue SQL connector.

Did you receive some help/support for this ? 

We are currently facing the same error for one app of our customer and we will open a microsoft ticket for that. If you've any "tips" to share to "accelerate", it can be useful for us :). Thanks for your help.
