App stopped working for some users

App stopped working for a couple of users that are now seeing the following error: "This app is not working. Try refreshing your browser" 

 

Browser refreshed, different browsers tried, and it still doesn't work.

 

Everyone else is accessing the app fine.

 

Any ideas?

Power Apps had some issues yesterday.   It looks like they are fixed but maybe there was some fallout.   I am also seeing some issues here in the Power Platform forums.  It looks like capacity issues.   Don't know that this is what you are seeing, but thought I would share.
