we looked at the different sessions provided and noticed that the app launch is being interrupted by poor connectivity issues which results in the experience you are seeing. Is it posssible for you to use the app in reliable WiFi hotspots or places where the cellular data connectivity is more reliable?
ٌRegarding the first suggestion, signing out and in again didn't fix the problem.
And for the connectivity issue, we tried every connection we have and all the same. Note that the application worked on the browser from those connections but the android app didn't.
Is there anything else we can do to fix this problem?

@Alaa-Alarori we have a known bug in Android where if the Android OS language is set to arabic, the apps will not open. We have a fix in the pipeline and it will be shipping soon. I will let you know when it has been released in the store.
In the meantime, the workaround would be to switch the OS language to another language that is not arabic.

Our latest release is available in the store so you should be able to update your app and set the language back to Arabic.
