App works properly on Phone but not tablet

Hello,

I am having an odd problem. I made an app for a tablet and I have been messing with it all along on my phone and have no problem but when I try to use it on the tablet (intended device) it is kicking me back to the home screen when I am on my pic screen. My pic screen capture 14 photos it only allows me to take 9 pictures and then kicks me out to my home screen. 

Like I said the actual functionality of the app is fine. I have been using it on my phone for the past couple of months with no problem it lets me take all 14 pics.

I have tried multiple ipads and they all vary in how many pics I can take but none let me take all 14.

Any ideas of why this would be occurring?

Could you tell me 

1) how do you capture photos? using camera control?

2)what do you mean about "take 9 pictures and then kicks me out to my home screen"? 

3)do the 9 photo update to your data source successfully?

Could you show me more datails about this problem, like pictures, formulas, etc?

1. Yes, camera control
2. It'll just take the photos and then a loading circle comes out and it kicks me back to the dashboard I created.
3. No, the 9 photos do not get submitted.

@jessicairis10 Can you please provide me the session Id of the repro. What type of tablet you are using? How much RAM it supports, it all matter when you working with images and dtata.

Turns out when I turned off the "Improved App Rendering" on Advanced App Settings it fixed the issue. 

I am just now worried because it says it will be going away soon, but it was the only solution for me!


@jessicairis10  Thanks for updating. It's okay to right now but we are not encourage to disable the setting because some of other features may not work for you. Currently, we are investigating the crash with high priority, able to provide fix soon.
