Apps disappear from the list while offline

In the current version (3.20021.27) of PowerApps when put my phone offline the apps disappear from the list so I can't even open them. 

But in the version 3.19052.21 works normally when put my phone offline, can you help me fixing this problem?

I use Android.

Are any of the apps configured for offline use (LoadData, SaveData functions)?

Yes if it is already configured, and I go online to save it but when I disconnect the list of applications disappears and I can not enter the application offline

Sorry, I was looking for the obvious explanation.

I have just tested this on "Airplane mode" on my iPad and saw only the offline apps.

I am hoping this will not happen to my apps - so over to Microsoft for a reply.

Yes I use Android and in the previous versions if it worked but with the new update when I put airplane mode all disappear (I upload a pic), how can this be fixed?

I have the same problem, sometimes it's work and I see my apps on the list, sometimes it's disappear ...

Can we have an answer because it's frustrating.

It is happening to me too!!

The sad thing is I work 99% of time on offline mode! Now I can not open It anymore!!!

My PowerApps version is: 3.20024.17 (Android 9 version).

Please guys, fix it!!
