Are we experiencing yet another PA/Flow issue?? I cannot even load an app right now. Its like it times out. I cant even get a list of my apps at the moment.
Whats the deal? I havent quite got out of the last problem with Flow not working right with SP.

Services are returning to a healthy state. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
Same here on east coast. Just went through a 3 month testing phase with CDS and new app and released it yesterday for many clients and now this. Thanks Microsoft.
