Are we experiencing yet another PA/Flow issue?? I cannot even load an app right now. Its like it times out. I cant even get a list of my apps at the moment.
Whats the deal? I havent quite got out of the last problem with Flow not working right with SP.

I do appreciate your updates through this issue. It helps a LOT to know what activity is going on. ESPECIALLY when the reason WHY is given! The note about throttling errors was nice.
So, what caused the big outage?
Yesterday's outage was related to a DNS issue on Azure and affected services including PowerApps:
