Assigning specific pictures to a gallery in power apps using excel data

Hi,

I am currently working with excel data as my main data feed to my gallery. I am currently trying to upload all of my team's pictures to the gallery. I have seen this done before, is there an easy way to do this? My current thought process is to download each of the team's pictures, is there a way to bulk upload them then? How would I assign them to the excel data set?

Please let me know the easiest way to go about uploading a static excel data set and how I can link my teams picutres to that data set.

You would want to use the Office 365 Users Connector to avoid any technical maintenance as soon as an existing employee leaves or a new employee starts. You can get the User's photo by using the following code where you can use the person's email address in placement of "id" if you have that available in your Excel spreadsheet:

Hi I have tried the above yet, I get a error saying that UserPhotoV2 is a unknown or unsupported function in namespace 'Office365Users', I am attaching a picture of the formula. Should this be under the Image? What could be the cause of the issue

Just one more step to go, apologies, I had made an assumption about your data connections within the Canvas App. Head over to the database icon on the left hand side and click Add Data. From here, search for Office as a data source and you'll see the Office 365 Users Connector appear. Once this is in your app, this formula will work.
