Attach Image to a Gallery to Upload to OnPrem SQL

Hi, 

I'm looking for to upload some images ( from Camera or from a local device ) then every time to attach these images to a Gallery 

then patch all Gallery images to On Prem. SQL Server.

please I need help for the steps
