Hello,
I have an App that is connected to a Sharepoint List, and through which I am sending out e-mails (some automatically, some not).
I was wondering if there is a way to be able to automatically save the e-mails sent from PowerApp and attach them to the Sharepoint List Attachments.
Thanks!
Kind regards
Valeria

Hi @ValeriaBreve ,
That depends if you want the actual email or a rendered HTML copy of it. You could certainly make a HTML box content look very much like the email and use Power Automate to create a PDF from it and attach it to the list, but once an email is sent to Outlook via the connector, Power Apps has no further vision of it or the result of it sending.

Hi Warren, yes that would certainly be acceptable! Great idea thanks 🙂
Now, I know how to work on the HTML box, I am not sure about the Power Automate flow - I do use Power Automate but I am not yet very good at it. Could you point me either at resources to learn from or let me know which connectors you would use? Thanks a lot!!!! 🙂
