Attachement did not transfer from PowerApp through a SharePoint List (Unless the user receives all rights)

Hello, thanks for reading!

via PowerApp data is transferred to a SharePoint list. No attachments are transferred to the SP list for subsequent reporting levels. All other data is transferred from PowerApp to the SharePoint list. What is the reason for this? When I give the user full access, the attachment is transferred to the SP list. However, the user should not get full access, but only add items. Is there a solution for this?

Thanks in front for your help!
