Hi,
I have an app connected to a custom entity in Common Data Service. The form on the app includes a field for attached files. When I attach something, I can see it, but when someone else tries to view the form they cannot see the attached files.
I have a custom security role on the custom entity with all permissions selected:
*Captial Approval is the name of my custom entity.
Is there somewhere else is the custom security role where I need to set permissions in order for people to be able to see attached files on a form?
Also, when I share an app I set security roles. But how can I change the roles once the app has been shared. I am unable to deselect the ones I previously set.
I've tried removing the person from the shared list, but when I add them back all of their old roles are still selected. How do I start from scratch with a user?

I figured it out, the permissions for attachments are found in the Core Records and are called "Notes"
Hi @SeanHenderson ,
Are you sharing the app with guest users? If not, are you sharing app that's based on an older version of Common Data Service? If so, you must share the runtime permission to the service separately. If you don’t have permission to do this, see your environment administrator.
I cannot reproduce your issue, if all above does not solve your issue, please take a try to re-create an app based on your CDS Entity (generate an app from CDS Entity), then share it to your users, check if the issue is solved.
If the issue still exists, please consider take a try to submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:
