Authentication problem

I was trying to use PowerApps via app from Windows Store.

As a authentication's method for O356 I use 2-step-authentication.

Every time after I've entered my e-mail in der PowerApps-App and then granted approval on my mobile phone, the app does not start showing me the startmask, so I can try the authentication over and over again.

I have the same issue using the PowerApps via IE. As far as I know the PowerApps-App uses IE as well.

Does anyone faces the same issue and has an Idea how to solve it?

Hi @Ant2 ,

Do you mean when you have approved the sign-in on the phone, the PowerApps still stay in the login screen?

Please ensure the login account is work or school account.

I have made a test from my side, PowerApps does support multi-factor authentication, please change to use MFA

Hi Sik,  thanks for your reply! Right, I approved the sign-in on the phone, but the PowerApps still stay in the login screen. My login account is a work one. Could you please check the link in your post? I get the message, that I dont have permission to access this page. Regards

Hi Sik,

but this is exactly the problem!

Before setting up the MFA everything worked fine.

Now it is activated and it is no more possible to login to PowerApps via IE.

It works fine with other Browsers like Chrome etc.

So I assume, it might be some setup needed in IE to allow MFA for PowerApps.

But I cannot find out, which one is  required...

Regards
