Autocad

Just wondering, but is it possible to connect Power Apps to AutoCAD? I'm totally new, so I am not sure where to start. I have done this using a macro in Excel, but I was really hoping to do something in Power Apps

Hi @cllee777

Currently there are no connector to connect to autocad.  You can refer to below link for list of connectors:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/connections-list

Also you can get about powerapp in the same link under overview section:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/powerapps-overview

Thanks.

Hi @cllee777 ,

I'm afraid it's not supported to connect with autocad directly in PowerApps.

Here's a doc about all the connections that PowerApps supports now:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/10to8/

Please refer the "connecor reference" part.

Since autocad is not in the list, you could create custom connector.

In this way, you could customuize connector according to your own demands, including data sources, actions, etc.

Here's a doc about how to create custom connector for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/custom-connectors/define-blank
