Autoloading form entered data into an email in my powerapp

I have an app and it has a section to email a list of people when the form is complete. I would like for the Summary to auto load into the body of the email and also keep my default text. If possible i would also like a hyperlink to auto populate in the email body to the form information the sharepoint list. I have searched and cannot seem to find the right answer for this. I have attached pictures othe layout and the current formula being used for the email in the app. Thank you.

Re: Autoloading form entered data into an email in my powerapp

Hi @JChouris

To get the information for the submitted form

Use FormName.LastSubmit.'Link to item'

FormName.LastSubmit will give you complete context of the last submitted item by the user for his/her current session in PowerApps

For appending the link info to the email body just use the concat operator & and associate the link in there

Hi @JChouris

Then in the EmailBody control

set default value to - FormControlName.LastSubmit.Summary

(assuming summary is a column on the form)

so when user comes to fill the body this info is already present
