Automatically generate and display image from SharePoint

I have 3 images in SharePoint (in site assets) that each represent a rating (Excellent, Average, Mediocre). I have a PowerApps form to create records that get added to ListA in SharePoint. ListA has ColumnA for grade (single line of text column type) and ColumnB for the image (picture column type that displays an image based on a site asset URL). The options for ColumnA are A, B, C. And the image in ColumnB depends on the value in ColumnA:

A - Excellent

B - Average

C - Mediocre

 

How can I automatically assign an image in ColumnB each time a record is created in PowerApps, and link it to the value in ColumnA? 

 

My intention was to create a calculated column in SharePoint for ColumnB, but adding HTML to a calculated column is not possible anymore. So I don't know how I can capture an image or a URL from SharePoint based on a value in another column, display it in PowerApps and save the URL in Sharepoint when a record is created.
