Avoid sign-in for custom connector using OAuth 2.0 (Azure)

Is it possible to avoid requiring the user to create a connection for a custom connector when opening a Power App for the first time?

For example for other O365 connectors you are automatically signed-in. Can we achieve a similar behavior or does the user have to create a connection on opening of the app.
