Azure Blob Storage nextPageNumber

I have a blob container that has 11,000+ pictures in it.  the following code returns the first 10,000 using nextPageNumber.  But i cannot get the next set of data.  If i try to use the nextPageNumber again, i get a copy of the second set of data.  How do i get it to cycle to next page value?

Clear(colBlobPics2);

//First 5000 files

Collect(colBlobPics,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxxx").value);

//get nextPageValue and get next 5000 files

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxxx").nextPageMarker);

Collect(colBlobPics, AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob}).value);

//Here is the issue: i cannot get nextPageValue and for remaining files.  It returns same value as above, and if used it will return same set of data as second call.

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxxx").nextPageMarker);
Collect(colBlobPics, AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob}).value);

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxxx").nextPageMarker)

Re: Azure Blob Storage nextPageNumber

Hi @wsalling ,

Based on the formula that you mentioned, I think there is something wrong with it. Actually, the varFirstPageAzureBlob and the varFirstPageAzureBlob1 variable are populated with same nextPageMarker key value.

Please consider modify your formula as below:

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob,"");
ClearCollect(colPhotoLinks,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob,useFlatListing: true}).value);

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob, AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx").nextPageMarker);

Collect(colPhotoLinks1, AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob,useFlatListing: true}).value);

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob1, AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob,useFlatListing: true}).nextPageMarker);  // Modify formula here

Collect(colPhotoLinks2, AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx",{nextPageMarker: varFirstPageAzureBlob1, useFlatListing: true}).value);

Please consider take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

On your side, you could consider merge these collection tables into single one collection, please try the following formula:

ClearCollect(FinalPhotoLinks, colPhotoLinks, colPhotoLinks1, colPhotoLinks2)

Re: Azure Blob Storage nextPageNumber

Hi @wsalling ,

Please check if the varFirstPageAzureBlob variable has been populated with proper value in your canvas app.

Please also consider take a try to modify your formula as below:

Set(
    varFirstPageAzureBlob,
    AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxxx").nextPageMarker
);
Collect(
        colBlobPics,
        AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2(
                                      "xxxxxxx",
                                      {
                                         nextPageMarker: varFirstPageAzureBlob,
                                         useFlatListing: true
                                       }
                                      ).value
);

Re: Azure Blob Storage nextPageNumber

i know there are under 12,000 items in this one blob container, so i updated the code as follows. I then created 3 different collection with different varFistPageAzureBlob variables.

After running ColPhotoLinks and ColPhotoLinks1 are different data, with each holding 5000 records.  But

ColPhotoLinks2 is the same as ColphotoLinks1.  How do i get it to cycle to third page? am i missing a step?

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob,"");
ClearCollect(colPhotoLinks,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob,useFlatListing: true}).value);

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx").nextPageMarker);

Collect(colPhotoLinks1, (AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob,useFlatListing: true})).value);

Set(varFirstPageAzureBlob1,AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx").nextPageMarker);

Collect(colPhotoLinks2, (AzureBlobStorage.ListFolderV2("xxxxxx",{nextPageMarker:varFirstPageAzureBlob1,useFlatListing: true})).value);
