Azure SQL DB connection slowness

Anyone else having connection issues with Azure SQL DB? Either very slow to retrieve/collect data or getting errors. I have tried on both mobile, web, and desktop and getting the same experience. I have also tried a few different apps, connecting to different Azure SQL DB Servers and getting the same result. 

Before I rip my apps apart troubleshooting I want to make sure this isn't someting of a bigger problem.

same thing here... I can not even add new connection in web editor...

The server returned an HTTP error with code 0.

same here...now all apps do not work...there is a "Unknown error" on the app

Believe it or not its good news to hear you both say this, means I don't have to scramble to make things happen.I can wait things out for a bit, thanks for replying.
