BUG: Fluid grid scrollbar

Hi all

I've been using fluid grids for 'modal pop-ups' on canvas apps and have just noticed a change in behavior that impacts how they display.  The scrollbar used to disappear if the child card was shorter than the fluid grid height.  Now the scrollbar doesn't disappear, but fades to a 'disabled' state i.e. it's always visible.  There is no visible property in the grid or card to hide it.

I have tested this in Chrome and Firefox.

Is this a bug?

Cheers, Hadyn

Hi @HadynM,

Could you please share a bit more about the issue on your side?

Do you mean that the scrollbar would not be hidden when the fluid grid height is longer than its content?

I have made a test, and the issue is confirmed on my side. I would post this issue to my product team, if the issue is solved, I would reply here.

In addition, as an alternative/fixed solution, you could consider take a try to turn off/disable the "Improved app rendering (final validation)" option within the Advanced settings of App settings, then check if the issue is solved.8.JPG

Best regards,

Kris

Same behavior on my side but on Forms - scrollbar is visible when hovering with mouse over them even when the form Size is bigger than its contents.

It looks like a bug to me....

Hi Kris

Yes, I mean that the scrollbar is not hidden when the fluid grid height is longer than the content.

I can also confirm that turning off 'Improved app rendering (final validation)' fixes the issue.

Thanks

Hadyn
