BUG: PDF control will not work in browser with URL query parameters

As a follow up to this other post, I have experimented some more and this seems like a bug.

The PowerApps PDF control will work with URLs that contain query parameters in Studio but not in the browser.  A sample URL is below.  This is essential in order to be able to work with SAS tokens

https://xxx.blob.core.windows.net/invoices/INV-002090.pdf?sv=2015-12-11&sr=b&sig=RAMhGqWNWRE1uakZCCncAXbsBnMgrATCFxpvX%2BJZCuk%3D&se=2018-02-13T08%3A30%3A27Z&sp=r

I have tried Chrome, Edge, Explorer and the result is the same.
