I have a user on iPhone 6 who cannot login to the PowerApps app. We're tried to uninstall/reinstall with no success.
What do we do in situations like this?

The user got in touch with me. We fixed the issue. Here are the steps we used:
Hope this helps others get past the "white screen when clicking sign in button" issue.
Uninstall and reinstall the APP on the phone. White page may also be realted to connectivity. If he has wifi turned on with no wifi this sometimes create a problem for Apps.
Also - This may be a quirk, but in my company we have an email login that is different as we were bought by another company resulting name change. It was easier to keep the old email.
I would check the properites of user profile in something like outlook. The user may be trying yo login in with an alias or might even be a case issue. Does the login work ok with other 365 login

Please take a try to install the Microsoft Authenticator App from the App store under IOS devices.
The symptom you encountered should be related to the authentication process, I believe the sign in option is trying to call out the authentication Window, but fails to load it.
Besides, if the user is using the proper work or school address, please verify if the authentication method has been changed or updated.

Our Sharepoint admins "made some changes" on the back end. Still waiting to hear back from user whether they worked or not. This is 1/300 users with the issue. The other users do not have MS Authenticator installed yet they are able to use the app just fine. Also, in an enterprise env, I can't control how users authenticate to services.
I'll post back here when the root cause is determined.

Unfortunately not. My user base is non-techncial, BUSY, and spread out across the country so follow ups can be difficult. I've tried 3x to contact the individual.
I'll keep pursuing as this issue is still open in my ticket system as well.
