Basic Inspection power app - Teams tabs screwed up

I created a basic Inspections app in teams and we were able to setup different areas and inspections etc.  Today I go into "Manage Inspections" and "Review Inspections" pops up.  The Review Inspections tab goes to the same place.

If I click goto website it brings up the Review tab for both, and if I try to find the Manage Inspections inside Power Apps I cannot see anything tied to this application through my account.

Any way to get Manage back?
