I'm aware that powerapps can't be shared with the public directly, what is currently the most effective workaround? I have a form that needs to be shared with a few hundred people. They're all active members on the organization's sharepoint site.
Is there a way to set the powerapp to be viewable to all members of a specified site?
When you say they are all active members on the organization's SharePoint site, are they internal licensed users or external users? If they are external users there really is no possibilty using PowerApps at this point. If they are internal users you can just share the app using a security group that contains all the users. If the Site they are using has an Office 365 group behind it then you can use that group to share the Powerapp.
If they are actually external users your only choices are to wait for MS to release external user support for PowerApps or use some other Form technology like Microsoft Forms.
@Pstork1 Internal licensed users. From my limited understanding of the active directory they are all under one large group, then further grouped into smaller departments. How do I go about sharing it to the one large group?
If they are all internal users and all in a single AAD group then you can just Share the app with that group. After that the PowerApp will show up as a Team App in their PowerApp website and on the Mobile app. The first time they start the app they will be prompted to approve access to any connections that the app uses, but after that they will be able to use the App. ONe other thing. They will also need access to whatever SharePoint list or library you are using with the app. You can provide that permission in SharePoint using the same group.
I haven't tested if any employees have access yet, but I've just shared the app and related lists with "@everyone" without sending an email invitiation. So hopefully they will all have access when the time comes.
