Created a simple app based on rows of data in excel in a file stored on an individual user OneDrive for Business account. PowerApp works fine as that user. Shared both app and data with another individual user. They are connected to PowerApps and able to see and access the app. They have created a connection to their OneDrive for Business account in PowerApps. In OneDrive for business they are also able to see the shared excel file under "Shared with me". When opening the app, there are no errors or issues presented to the user, but it shows just a blank screen with just the page title - no data rows. ?!?
This should be the by design behavior. PowerApps query remote data in OneDrive for Business via web services, and the web services uses OAuth to authenticate and identify the current OneDrive for business account. The shared permission in SharePoint Online can only work within SharePoint Online(OneDrive for Business locates in SharePoint Online). When the second user set up a connection to its own OneDrive for business in PowerApps, the App connects to another OneDrive for business account through web service, and the shared file would be not available.
