Blank off a gallery by item when Flow executed.

I am currently blanking the screen of my app when I execute a flow via a checkbox in a gallery item.  I do this by placing a label infront of the app, and then using the Visible control to turn it on when a flow is executed.  This makes things unselectable as well.  I use a Repsont to Powerapps action in my flow to tell PA that the flow is finished, which turns off the label, making everything selectable again.

I would like to blank off just a single gallery instead of everything.  I do not know how to specify this to a single item.  I do not want to put a flag in the SP record.  The SP list is way too many columns already.  Plus, any flow failures may leave flags enabled, and I cant have that situation.  It would be too much maintenance.

Any ideas?

Re: Blank off a gallery by item when Flow executed.

What about setting a variable before the Flow runs that is equal to the ID of the item in the gallery which is then set to blank after the Flow has completed and using this variable to make a label in the gallery visible?

// Assuming the Flow is initiated using the gallery...
UpdateContext({FlowItemID: ThisItem.ID}) ;
Flow stuff...;
UpdateContext({FlowItemID: Blank()})

// Visible property of label in the gallery
ThisItem.ID = FlowItemID

Something along those lines maybe?

Hi @martinav ,

Have you tried with the suggestion that @wyotim gave? Is your issue resolved now?
