Bug - Attachment control removes the original photo?

On mobile, it seems that the attachment control will actually remove the original photo etc from the device.
How can this be changed to make a copy of the file?

Hi,

I just tested this and can confirm that the attachment control removed one of two files I attached from the device storage when attaching from mobile.

I don't think this is an intended feature, as you'd then lose any kind of accountability or proof via retaining the original image if it were deleted upon upload.

I can imagine the situation now:
"but I uploaded it!",
"I don't see any uploaded files, can you re-send?",
"Sorry the original photo is gone now and the client has left for Australia this morning"

Bumping in case there has been any progress on this?

Will bump only once more, as I understand there are likely more pressing issues to be addressed, but still just want to make this known to be a bug.
