Yesterday (2nd September) I was able to import/export PowerApps. Today (3rd September) both the Export and Import operation only get as far as "Creating your package" or "Importing your package" and then freeze.
I've tried with two different Apps on two different tenants with the same result, so looks like this could potentially be widespread...
Hi @PaulD1
Yes this seems to be a widespread bug
Your best bet currently would be to save the app locally to generate the msapp file and then import it (browse) into another environment/tenant

We have the same issue in our tenant. I have an App that it's integrated with MSFlow. The thing is, that we have issues trying to export the App, but we can export the MSFlow's without any problems.
I hope this can be solved soon!
Hi @PaulD1 ,
The issue is also confirmed on my side, but it is easy to work around it.
You just need to clear browsing data of browser, and then the import package/Export package would work well

Hi, Im experiencing this issue in my tenant as well. Have a ticket open with MSFT. They don't have an idea when it will be fixed. Only solutionn was to do a save As, and save to my computer, (CLearing the cached did not work for me)./
I also now see the same think happens when i try IMPORT a FLOW!. Can someone who had the POWERAPPS EXPORT issue confirm that they cant IMPORT FLOWS either.
Clearing cache did not work for our environments
sheral, Are you able to export/import flows?
No, we get an error "Could not find connection 'GUID ID' for API 'shared_powerappsnotification'. See image.
This is really bad. I'm having the same problem to Import to Flow and to export to PA. Has Microsoft said anything?
Same issue, cannot import or export.
