There seems to be some misalignment with the Build experience in Powerapps for Teams and viewing the Powerapp through the web portal.
If I view the details > versions of my app it says that version 150 is currently live
However, viewing the app in Flow > solutions > (app solution) > details > versions, tells me that version 163 is live...
I can confirm this is the same with a note that I added from the web portal before saving.
