Regarding the other issue now reported (if you don't use an app for a couple of days you can't launch offline), please open another thread when you repro that again, so we have a session id, and also to avoid it doesn't get lost in the middle of this windows specific discussion.
Any further news on a fix for this bug? We have a project dependent on this feature that cannot be rolled out until the bug is resolved.
