Build inspection App

Hi,

Does anyone have a link on how to build as simple inspection app?  I have a sharepoint list that has yes/no columns for all the things to inspect but I don't like the toggles when building the app.

I would prefer it to look like check boxes for Yes / No and ideally pull through the data from the last inspection so that someone can see existing issues (but not overwrite the existing data and instead save as a new line in the sharepoint list).

I've found a few links so far searching online but they jump straight into speaking about linking to databases when I'm using a sharepoint list.

Microsoft has built an example inspection app template that runs within Teams. It uses a Teams Dataverse backend and can be adapted with different questions and inspections. Maybe have a look at that one for some inspiration?
