Building App from Sharepoint List, Lookup are in interface.

Could be because i am using the templates letting Powerapps setup the screens for me.

in my current sharepoint App it a real basic ticket tracking lists. In the Main list its doing two things i dont know how to do in the App.

1.Show the Items  (tickets) in order of "Created By"

2. Status = Open

In the app i dont get Created By as a option, and i have no idea how to make the Screen short what items to show.

Re: Building App from Sharepoint List, Lookup are in interface.

If I understand correctly, you want to filter by Status = Open, and order by "Created By". If so, you can use the following formula:

SortByColumns(Filter("Your Data Source", "Status" = "Open"), "Created By")

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hope this helps 🙂
