Building a formula

Hello, I am creating this app that orders inventory for stores. All you do is go through the inventory and enter the quantity that you need and then the store number and hit restock button and it sends it to a share point. The only problem is that after every quantity you enter you have to hit restock to get it to send to the share point. I want to be able to enter multiple quantity through the list and only have to hit the restock button 1 time instead of after every quantity I enter. As of right now with the flow I created my formula is

'PowerApp->Createitem'.Run(Title3,Subtitle3,TextInput5,TextInput3,DatePicker1)

for the restock button. Can anyone help with this?

Hi @tbrew ,

A screen shot of your form and Flow would be helpful.
