I need your advises/recommandation on this scenario:
A powerApps canvas and a Dataverse will be used by users/employees in different shops/stores.
User of one shop should not see/retrieve records of the other shops.
What would be the best security model to implement in this situation.? How to secure records? to be seen only by users of the same shop.
Is Business units a good choice?
Knowing that we have about 30 shops, may be more in the future.
Even in a same shop there is an Hierarchical positions (Director/assistant/...).

Yes,I think creating Business units is a good choice.You only need to set the user's security level to "Local" and then the users can only access to records in the user's business unit.
