Button Visibility

I have one gallery named "glryReport" .

This gallery have three Columns named: Report#, Name and Status.

There is one Button which once pressed should take the user to next screen.

I want the visibility of this button should be:

True: only when the last saved Status of same Report# is "Re-Check"

False: when the last saved Status of same Report# is either "Submitted" or "Approved"

Kindly suggest what command shall i use?

Hi @ashokpershad,

Do you want to check the status of the same Report#?

Could you please tell me that how you set the Items property of the Gallery?

If the Gallery populated with the SP list, I think you could sort the records by the Created ascending. Then check the last status of the record.

Set the Items of the Gallery as below:

Sort(DataSource,Created,Ascending)

To show last item filtered out as per search Report#, you could set the Items of the Gallery as below:

Sort(Search(DataSource,SearchBox.Text, Report#),Created,Ascending)

Set the Visible property of the Button as below:

Last(Sort(Search(DataSource,SearchBox.Text, Report#),Created,Ascending)).Status="Re-Check"
Best Regards,
Qi

@ashokpershad ,

Use on Visible property:

Last(Gallery.AllItems).Status = “Re-Check”

@gabibalaban  as per your advice this will show with respect to last Report# submitted but what I need is, should show last item filtered out as per search Report#.
