Button to add text to a TextInput field

I'm trying to add text to a TextInput field when a button is pressed.

So if the button is pressed and TextInput1 = "text" then TextInput2 would = "text"

Then if the button is pessed again TextInput2 would equal "texttext" then click again and TextInput2 would equal "texttexttext"

Re: Button to add text to a TextInput field

Hi @JakeGardner

The way to do this is to build the text that you want to display into a variable and to set the Default property of Textput2 to the value of this variable.

Here's the formula you would add to the OnSelect property of your button to build the text into a variable called TextInputText.

UpdateContext({TextInputText: TextInputText & TextInput1.Text})

Next, set the Default property of TextInput2 to:

TextInputText
