Button to cancel flow / cancel and re-launch new flow in case of changing approver

Hello community,

I have a power app integrated in Sharepoint for two approvals process, triggering power automate flow in case of a new SP item or modified item.

For any reason the requester want to change the approver, due to holidays for example.

How can it be cancelled the current flow and the relaunching of a new one?

If the requester want to cancel the current ticket.

How can be terminated the flow through a button in the app?

I had the idea of having a loop in each approval action, to see if the status of the item change to 'Cancelled' for example...

And the button 'Cancel' in the form would change this status to 'Cancelled'.

But I don't know how to it in Power Automate.

Anyone can help with this idea or suggest a better one?

Hi @PMCVieira ,
Go to sent tab on the Approvals section of the Flow website. Search and Open the approval. Once you open it , you will see a cancel button at the bottom.
