CDS Down in Default Environment

Good afternoon,

 

As one of my coworker posted last week (on wednesday), we are having issues with the Common data service.

See this post as a reference with complete explanation and Screenshots ( https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/PowerApps-Forum/PowerApps-and-CDS-are-down-for-my-company/m-p/55... ).

 

To summarize, we do not have access to our data in all our entities on the CDS. 

 

All our PowerApps using the CDS are also down (since the data can't be reached). 

 

When we try to see the data in an entity directly from the CDS, it says "Il n'existe aucune donnée à afficher  "Which translates to: "There is no data to show". 

 

Again, I was wondering if we were the only one with those bugs? If yes, have you seen this kind of bugs before and what can we do to resolve them?

Hi,

 

For my part we have been out of the CDS (for 95% of our apps) since then and are mostly using our SQL Databases. We are using the CDS for some really small apps which do not overload the CDS and shut it down. So it works fine for this.

Same issue here, looks like an overall service issue.

that link does nothing at all, it just signs you out of PowerApps and doesn't allow for creating of a ticket. Any suggestions?

Hello -

 

I'm sorry to hear there was an issue connecting to CDS, can you confirm you've been able to access CDS since without issues? Also, if you could please confirm that you're able to access the support link now it would be great.
