The CRM Service Case entity contains a field called "ticketnumber" which contains a human-friendly version of the Case ID. I'd like to be able to show this in my CRM PowerApp, but the field does not show up in the field selector on the details page.
Hi Michowl,
I have seen this article about Dynamics 365 Incident(Case) entities. In this article, we know that in Microsoft Dynamics 365, an incident is referred to as a case. The article link is:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg328291.aspx
And in the app created from Dynamics 365 Case entity, I find out a field called “incidientid”. Please try to use this field to see if it works for you.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
Hi Michowl,
I see what you mean. You just want to show TicketNumber on Display Form like CAS-12345-ABC123. Seems that there is no field can be used to show this number.
I will collect and report this issue on my side.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
