CSV files and azure blob storage

Hello all,

I am in the process of building an app connected to the Azure Blob Storage. Inside my storage account on the Azure website, I have stored three text/csv files located under a folder. First, I want to ask if it is possible to show the contents of the files in PowerApps through a gallery. Secondly, I want to ask if it is possible to dynamically update those files and not create a new file like I see everywhere on the internet if I try search for this topic. 

I really hope any person can help me with this issue or the least tell me if I can't achieve this.
