Caching a sharepoint list as a lookup table in the app

Hello,

I want to improve the perfomace of my app starting on an android phone.

Is it possible to cache it with a function?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best.

Collect(colList,SPlist) will work as long as the list is not more than 2k items.   colList can be used throughout the app in place of your list.  If you have a very large list that doesn't change, like zipcodes or a stock inventory, you can use a static Excel file as I described in my post https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Community-Blog/Automatically-Prefill-City-and-State-u... .  The performance is blindingly fast.
