Calendar Entry showing as "Free"

Hi all,

We are building out a Gym Fitness app here at work and we have it working almost as intended, however, whenever we are adding the entry to the calendar, the outlook timeslot is showing as "Free" and it should be showing as "Busy".

Here is the code from one of the Screen1.OnVisible:

Set(CalendarFromSelectMeeting, false);
If(DateTimeRoomChange,
    Set(AvailableRoomsCounter, 1);
    UpdateContext({ShowLoading: true});
    Set(RoomsLeft, Blank());
    Set(DateTimeRoomChange, false);
    UpdateContext({ShowLoading: false});
    Set(RoomsLeft, CountRows(Gallery5_2.AllItems) - 20 * AvailableRoomsCounter)

);

UpdateContext({MyBookings:false});
UpdateContext({NewAppoint:false})

The button that is creating the appointment is called Button6_5.OnSelect:

Office365Outlook.V2CalendarPostItem(Dropdown_Cal.Selected.Name,Concatenate("Clayco Gym - ",Dropdown1.Selected.Value),TextInput6_3.Text,TextInput6_1.Text);
SubmitForm(Appointment_1);
Reset(DatePicker1_1);
Reset(MinuteValue3_3);
Reset(HOUR_1);
ResetForm(Appointment_1);
Refresh('[dbo].[Appointments]');
UpdateContext({NewAppoint:false});
Reset(Dropdown1);

 I feel like I am missing the "ShowAs: "Busy"})" logic but not sure how to call this out.

I apologize if I am missing anything else that you all may need in order to better investigate what I need to change here.
