Calendar View PowerApp

Hi

Very new to PowerApps. I've been asked to build an App which would show the Outlook Calendar of two users which would have the option to also show a SharePoint calendar. So I'm thinking there would be a drop down with:

User A

User B

SharePoint calendar.

I'm trying to customize the Calendar screen which connects to my Outlook calendar but keep going round in circles. Is this the best approach to take or does anyone have a step by step path they've taken. All help appreciated!

Thanks

Re: Calendar View PowerApp

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to filter calendar list based on person that you select in drop down?

Could you tell me what is the field's data type that you record username in the list?

I assume that it is person type.

I've made a similar test for your reference:

1)set the drop down's Items:( User1 and User2 are these two users' full name)

["User1","User2"]

2)set the gallery's Items:

SortByColumns(Filter('Shared Team Calendar',
                     Text('Start Time', ShortDate) =Text(_dateSelected,ShortDate),
                     personfieldname.DisplayName=drop down1.Selected.Value
                     ),"EventDate")

Re: Calendar View PowerApp

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you show me your formulas about display calendars?

If you could show me more details, it will be better.

Here's a doc about this connector your reference:
