CalendarGetItems - how much does bodypreview retrieve

I am using the following code to search for a GUID in the body text of posted calendar items (the GUID is recorded in the ('Project Calendar Event Id' column of Projects, displayed in galProjects):

LookUp(
            Office365Outlook.CalendarGetItems(
                LookUp(
                    Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTables().value,
                    DisplayName = "Custom Calendar",
                    Name
                )
            ).value,
            galProjects.Selected.'Project Calendar Event Id' in BodyPreview,
            Id
        )

For short calendar events, this code seems to work. However, if the text body is longer, it seems to fail to retrieve the Calendar item ID.

Should I be using a different parameter than "BodyPreview"? (i.e. is BodyPreview only retrieving a shortened version of the body of the calendar entry)?

thanks!

After a little playing around with the updated connectors (V4CalendarGetItems & CalendarGetTablesV2), I arrived at the following code, which retrieves the full body text of the calendar entry & returns it's ID

LookUp(
    Office365Outlook.V4CalendarGetItems(
        LookUp(
            Office365Outlook.CalendarGetTablesV2().value,
            name = "Custom Calendar",
            id
        )
    ).value,
    galProjects.Selected.'Project Calendar Event Id' in body,
    id
)

Hi @Medoomi

MS article says this is a preview of the message but doesn't say anything about how many characters are supposed to return. I'm just curious, Do you see any special char on the longer message which causes the issue?

Hi @StalinPonnusamy

Thanks so much for your reply. I am looking for a way to retrieve the longer message (the full body). Using "Body" doesn't seem to work with this connector...
