Camera and Gallery Showing Same Photo Twice / Collection has Two Different Images

I have a camera control and a gallery that capture the image for preview and loads these to a Collection.

When I take two different pictures the Collection holds and shows two different pictures. The Gallery, however, shows one picture twice.

Gallery - Items: RegistrantImagesCollection.Value

Make the gallery Items

RegistrantImagesCollection

and the Image of the Image Control

ThisItem.Value
