Can I choose to upload an email address list to sent email by using power app send emails ?

Hi all,

Can you help me if I want to build an app to send emails to the target group?

I have the email address in an excel file. Which Lable will allow me to upload the address file and recognizes it as the email address and first name to send group emails? 

Or is it a way to do that at all?
